The guests were greeted with Pate de Campagne with crostini, wine and beer carefully chosen by Annette Peters and Chris Staples.  (More from Scott on that later.)

Guests wandered around sipping their beer or wine were then treated to a grand tour of the farm from Eric Klein. He fielded questions on every topic from what kinds of cows he has to why he isn’t certified organic even though his practices are organic to why he farms the way he does and why he thinks it’s important to know your farmer.  (Hopefully, we’ll have more on these topics in the future, for now you can check out this video in of Eric in action.)
