Welcome to Tangletown Gardens Farm, our first stop on the tour de farms.  It was a beautiful day.  The chefs this time were Scott Pampuch from Corner Table and Michelle Gayer from Salty Tart.  Wine was brought very entertainingly by Chuck Kanski, of Solo Vino and Annette Peters from World Class Wines.  Beer was provided by Minneapolis’ newest brewery, Fulton Beer who dazzled us by going to the added step of infusing their beers with some great ingredients from the farm to give our diners an experience of flavor they couldn’t get anywhere else.

Radishes for the soup that were picked just for the occasion.

And while the picking is going on, so is the table set up.

Zucchini flowers picked earlier in the day will be stuffed and fried and served with some soup.

These potatoes are going to be really tasty later.

The cutest strawberries you ever did see went into dessert and the soup.

“And if we pull this off, it’s going to be amazing.”

As long as the beer is here, we’re all ready for the guests to arrive.
